Excess skin after natural major weight loss?
I’m in the process of planning to lose a major amount of weight, but I’m doing it naturally – no pills and no surgery. I noticed that those who’ve lost a lot of weight (100+) after surgery had large amounts of sagging skin. I want to know if there is anyone out there that has lost 100+ lbs naturally that had an issue with loose skin, or does that just happen to people that have surgery because the weight comes off so fast?
I have lost a lot of weight naturally and yes there is excessive skin, I used to be 330 and got down to 185. Some people have told me that skin shrinks over time but I have found that this is not the case. Most of my weight was around my stomach and the only way to get rid of that is surgery.
