I know it is unhealthy to crash diet, but I gained weight really quickly and I need to lose ten pounds in a month. How can I do this?
ok I think the ACAI berry fad is just a scam to get your credit card info and your phone number so they can sell it to other sites. Oprah did not approve this. Also I am active. I work out, I have a small child. Im usually 115 and now I am 135 all the sudden. It is crazy.

if you are active, then it must be your diet. make adjustment to your diet, know your calorie intake and how much calorie you need to burn. you could also try fasting (get your doctor’s approval first)
