My body is getting sore while “fasting”.?
Well its not “technically” a fast, but it is my 2nd time doing one. The first time was for 5 days, and I want this one to be for no less than ten days. I am eating about 150 calories a day worth of solid food because i don’t want my system to totally shut down. But In the mean time I’m taking it easy and trying not to do to much. But my body is starting to ache, I didn’t know if that was normal doing this kind of thing or not. I’m at the end of day three. Like my lower back, neck and knees are starting to ache. I read on a forum that this can happen when the body starts to detox but that sounded kind of far-fetched. For anyone curious I’m doing this for 2 reasons. For the inevitable weight-loss that will come with it, and I’m told this will help to clarify the mind. Might sound silly but who cares eh?
