Fast Weight Loss For Men Calories
I am losing weight fast, am I in danger?
I have been overweight my whole life due to poor diet choices. I have finally stuck to a low calorie diet. I weighed in at 318 lbs yesterday and today I weighed 313. I am 6 ft 1 and 25 years old. I ate approx. 1200 calories of what I consider healthily things, grilled chicken, organic egg, spinach, etc and drank about a gallon of water. I also did 30 min low intensity on a stationary bike and 1 hour of Dance Dance Revolution on Light difficulty. I also am taking a GNC Men’s Mulitvitamin to get whatever nutrients that I am missing in my diet. I do want to lose weight fast but I am afraid of the complications that may arise.
Is this unhealthy?
Should I be worried about my body going into shock?
Should I have a “cheat” meal every couple days in order to balance the low calorie intake?
(It is easier for me to be strict then have 1 exception, than to balance everything out, plus the fast weight loss is a good motivator to stay on track)
