Workout and dieting concerns?

I’ve been working out and dieting for the last 50 days i went from 305 to 270.. I’ve been on a “lower” calorie diet. Usually around 1500 calories. I try to take in lots of vitamins throughout the day. I try to get my calories to around 2000 but since training I’ve seem to have loss my “fat boy” appetite. I do lots of cardio and i just started adding in muscle training. I do about 3 1/2 hrs of cardio a day split up from morning into night and now low weight high reps in between. I do this about 3-4 times a week when im not working. My worries revolve around the idea that i feel im loosing the weight to fast, But is it a bad thing if my body can keep up with it? i have fear of excess skin all around my body when i make it around 200 pounds. Am i over reacting or not taking it serious enough?

You are losing weight too fast. 3-6 lbs a month is better for you. That means 6-12 lbs in two months. Now 35 lbs is a lot in comparison to that. It is the excessive cardio you are doing. You sound like you are eating less calories, which is good, but you are burning them all off. Keep your work outs to around an hour, 3-4 times a week. It is important to do things that can become part of a life style. Things that are sustainable. I include indulgences into my diet so I am not depriving myself to the point I will quit and binge. Now I control them and do not let them get out of hand. When I have a small treat, I sit down and enjoy it. Then I can go without for a few more days before I treat myself again. You have done good work, now take advantage of your jump start and start going at it for the long run by taking it slower. Good luck to you.
