Extreme Weight Loss Excess Skin
How do I get rid of excess skin around my midsection after extreme weight loss?
I have lost around a hundred pounds (260-160) since last May, and I have a lot of excess skin around my midsection and underarms. I run 4 to 5 miles 5 or 6 days a week and do weights the same days. I also do around 100-120 sit-ups and 50 push-ups every day. Is this anything else I can do or is it just playing the weighting game?
Stretching and exercise but unfortunately some times it is only fixed with surgery.
