Extreme Weight Loss Energy Pills

diet pills that work?

I know, I know… there’s no magic “pill” for weight loss… But I need a little boost to lose 15-20 and I am sooooo hungry…. It’s my biggest downfall. I have been so unsatisfied lately and I find it hard not to clean my plate and get more. What I’m really looking for is a little more energy and an appetite curb. Anyone taken anything that gives you that edge up, and it worked?

A friend suggest Xenadrine, but he hasn’t taken it….

(I’m not trying to eat less than 1500-1800 calories or anything extreme, but working at Chili’s and feeling legitimately hungry all the time, I’m eating over 3000 some days probably, and I am getting a little down.)

Resist that second helping, take smaller portions to begin with, savor them, and if you are still hungry drink water or eat a fruit to resist the urge to reach for those chips,fries, whatever it may be.
