Help with my new diet?!?
I am going to start eating about 1209 calories daily, because I used this calorie calculator thing on google & on extreme weight loss it said I should be eating that much. SO do you know any foods I can eat to help me with this diet?? I have TONS of apples, bananas, carrots, and celery.
do not eat to much bananas because you can get to much potassium in you and can become dangerous, also according to you profile picture you look skinny and there is no possible way you should be eating that little in calories your a child for god sakes you should be eating more like 2500-2800 calories as a girl at your age you need calories to grow. grow up and realize that that is way to much for even an adult to have
