Labor Day Weight Loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I am currently on a new weight loss plan and it is going well. I just wanted some encouragement.. I need to loose 50 pounds really now just 40 pounds by Labor Day. I usually don’t give myself a deadline but this is what I am setting for myself. I would love to here weight loss stories or if anyone is on a similar plan themself. Thanks for the positive imput.

Eating every 2 to 3 hours and I just try to keep it healthy and simple, I am on the extreme fat smash right now just to jumpstart the weight loss but after that back to eating good and healthy…

My goal is to loose this weight forever… I have lost before and gained it back, my new fav word is Maintenance!!!

It sounds like your already on the right track. Although what you eat is important the fact that you are doing a boot camp workout means your pushing your body to burn fat and build lean muscle. That’s exactly what you want to do.

By eating smaller meals spaced only a few hours apart will keep your metabolism up and hunger away.

There is a good chance that once you start burning the fat and building lean muscle a goal of 40 pounds may be too much to expect. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you will be slimming down but you may find that the muscle is making the scale move less.

Be more concerned on how you look. See how your clothes fit. If you rely just on the scale you may get disappointed, but as you see the fat disappear you’ll be very happy with your results.
