The Biggest Loser vs. Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition?
I just saw 6 episodes yesterday of Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss. I liked it way better than the Biggest Loser because the contestants all took 1 YEAR to lose a lot of weight and most of the time they were put back into their “natural environment” after 3 months with the personal trainer. My biggest complaint was how they didn’t really focus a lot on the nutrition in the episodes but overall the episodes were fairly good.
