Expected Weight Loss With Zumba
Is this enough exercise to aid healthy weight loss? How much weight can i expect to lose?
Monday – Running for an hour
Tuesday – Zumba for an hour
Wednesday – Cross trainer at home for an hour
Thursday – Zumba for an hour
Friday – Running for an hour
Saturday – Gym for an hour or more (alternating between cross trainer, running machine, rowing machine, bike machine thingy (i forgot the name lol))
Sunday – Some weeks free some weeks head down to the gym again.
Along with eating 3 small meals and drinking water/still flavoured water/squash/raspberry & cranberry juice (light choices one) – None of the drinks have more than 15 calories per serving. Occasionally a glass of milk too.
I’m 5’7 and weight about 15 stone (last time i checked, about week and a half – 2 weeks ago)
How much weight can i expect to lose?
jesus….you will lose plenty dont you worry….i would say 4-6 pound a week to start and then it will start to drop off cuz your body will become used to the routine so you will have to mix it up once your weight lose starts to plateau…..all the best though you will lose plenty of weight dont you worry….goodluck!
