Expected Weight Loss On Treadmill
Weight Loss Frustrations?
Three weeks ago, I started trying again to lose weight. I lost 6 lbs the first week (which I know is water weight). Last week, I gained 2 lbs back and haven’t been able to lose a single pound since! I eat right, I excercise 3 times a week and nothing is working. I don’t expect to lose 6 lbs every week, but one pound, anything!
My diets consists of oatmeal, an egg and 8 oz of OJ in the morning, a salad, a protein, 1/2 cup of fruit, and a V8 for lunch, and a small dinner (last night I had beef stirfry with yellow rice, peppers and onions). I walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week, usually more.
Can anyone provide any insight?

Sounds like your body is getting used to you doing and eating the same things. Try mixing it up a little to trick your metabolism to keep burning, and instead of 3 meals, try 4 small ones. Keep it guessing. That’s when you’ll lose the most weight, and try adding 4-5 bottles of water a day.
