Marine Corps pre-boot camp diet?
Any Marines out there know a good diet to lose weight in preparation for boot camp. Im about 220 and the max weight for my height is 218 but I have a decent amount of fat in my midsection that I would like to lose so I could see myself being down to about 180-190. My recruiter gave me a version of the fat-burning soup diet which I did for a week and lost about 8lbs but the starvation diet approach felt very unhealthy while I was on it and most of the weight I lost returned quickly once I quit the diet. Also I hear that the starvation diets like that often leave loose skin due to the dramatic weight loss in the short time period.
Find out about The Zone diet…heard it is very good…or you can do just salads with little dressing and chicken…low carbs….
You could try eating no carbs….no rice, so pasta, no potatos, no snacks.
Drink water…lots and lots and lots of water….
