Dr Oz Weight Loss Advice
Has anyone used that Konjac root fiber that Dr. Oz has talked about?
I’m 30 years old.. having a hard time losing my belly.. I have 3 kids.. but its been 2 years since I’ve had my son and i’m still having such a hard time losing it.. I do the cardio deal.. with some strength training and my legs look awesome but my stomach just doesn’t go down.. I dont want to take any weight loss pill.. I really want to earn it.. Any advice???
