Does Weight Loss With Hypnosis Work

Does hypnosis for weight loss work?? Should I do an office visit or get some CD’s. Any recommendations?

I am just wanting to lose 10-15lbs or so. I have been training to do marathons for over a year now I have done one already and I am still the same weight.

I eat fried food and fatty food about 3 times a week and I drink 1 Coke a day, but I want to like salad and water! I just hate the tase. Can anything make me eat better? Change my taste in foods??

Obviously I have no self control in this area. But I want to change it if I can. Please help…..tell me your experiences. How do you make your self eat something you hate every day?? Does hypnosis work?

If all you are in need of is changing your food habit, just try different kids of veggie dishes. As much as I like veggies, I can’t eat salad more than 2 meals in a row lol….I’m a meat lover also and had same problem…

I have several different types of dressing and vary it every time. Also vary the kinds of veggie also..

btw, don’t try to replace your regular diet with total veggie..that won’t work…just have less fried and replace that with veggie..

and cut down on coke..that alone is probably the biggest contributor to your weight problem…
