Could I of gained muslce?
I’ve been on a diet for 3 1/2 weeks now?
I’ve been eating healthierly, doing alot of excersise. Walking, running, cardio, weight lifting. I would burn about 400 calroies a day on excersise and walking.
I drink Green tea and have about 1500-1700 calories a day.
I’ve used many calorie calculators and it seems that with 1500-1700 calories a day I can have a 3/3.5 pounds weight loss a week.
I started on 26th of november and to this day I have lost 7 1/2 pounds.
I would do about 10 mins cardio strength and resisttance training for each part of my body until i can’t do anymore. I eat alot of protein.
Is it possible that I’ve gained 3/12 pounds in muscle within 3/12 weeks???
I can feel my triceps and thighs have gotten less fatty.

before you continue you should measure your body mass index
and find out how much body fat you have. and then also measure your inches too. on all the parts of your body
so you can make a comparison
if you are doing heavy weight lifting it is very possible that you’ve gained muscle. if you’re trying to tone or lose weight it’s better to lift small weight. if you want to lose weight do cardio with some resistance. when you run carry 2 pound weights in your hand. or use light weights with your core excersizes… etc
