Weight lost too fast…?
Towards the end of December (About a month ago) I started taking ADD medication…about a week later I stared dieting. One of the side effects of the meds is a loss of apetite. I was 146 pounds (I’m 5’9) and I always felt fat. Now, in mid January, I weigh 132 pounds but I still feel fat. I still want to lose more weight. I am aware that my BMI is at about 19.4. If I continue losing weight this fast, could it be harmful? I eat a decent amount of food and I’m NOT anorexic. For breakfast I have a pancake with Aunt Jemima Lite syrup and milk. Lunch, I have Dannon Light and Fit blueberry yogurt with water. For dinner, I eat grilled cheese on Weight Watchers bread and water again. I REALLY NEED TO KNOW IF DROPPING 14 POUNDS IN A MONTH IS OKAY.
The only result I noticed from losing this weight was a flatter stomach. I have a lot of curves…hourglass figure.
Honey, you need to eat more calories daily. Maybe your Dr. needs to adjust your ADD meds. Talk to your Dr.
