Has anybody ever tasted Dandelion Tea? It helps with losing weight?

Is it good…I’m reading Jillian MIchael’s diet book and she encourages you to drink Green Tea or Dandelion…she says Dandelion is better for weight loss…I have some green tea and I hate it…it makes me nausea after drinking it…how does dandelion taste

Dandelion is too bitter. If you must use dandelion wait until spring and put the young leaves in a salad.
The French name for this plant is pis-en-lit, in English this means wet the bed. Dandelions deserve this name because their greens, when eaten, remove water from the body. So eating the greens could cause someone to well… you can guess the rest. Not recommend for a bedtime snack.
No tea will aid weight loss, drink any sort, drink it because you like the taste not for any other reason.
