Dance Weight Loss Dvd
Question about weight loss/ diet!!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT’s going on with my body!!!?
For the past 6 weeks, i’ve been working out like a mad woman, daily for the most part. I mean i have missed a few days here and there but you know what I mean.
I’ve mostly been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd which includes a strength training/cardio combo…along with independent strength training, cardio, dancing and following a healthy diet
HOWEVER, my clothes have recently gotten tighter….and when I say recently I mean clothes that fit nicely 2 weeks ago are now VERY snug…..
Please tell me what’s going on, I’m very depressed and very discourage at this point. I don’t plan on giving up but I’m going back to school soon and I don’t want to look swollen you know…I want my clothes to fit nicely and reflect my hard work over the summer
I’ve had the same thing happen to me…
I was told that I was burning fat but I was actually increasing my muscle so that is where the tightness was coming form..
