Is there a way to prevent loose skin when losing weight?

On October first began my weight loss journey to take myself from 212 lbs down to 140 lbs.
WIth daily exercise and controlling my portion sizes the weight has literally began to melt off. I am now 176 lbs!

I don’t have any loose skin right now, but is there any way to prevent it? Cosmetic surgery is not an option.

I’m not sure if it matters, but here is my workout routine.

I run 3 miles, with my dog, every morning.
1 to 2 hours of cardio 5-6 days a week.
Muay Thai classes at least 2 times a week for 3 hours.
I’ve also started riding my bike around campus instead of driving. I estimate about 2 miles of biking 4 times a week.

By the way, I’m a 20 year old female.
