Whats the best way to carve into a 6 pack?
Im a 15 year old male and im wanting abs so bad i used to weight like 230s now i weight like 162.
I want them as fast as possible and i will work as hard i as i can for them
my diet is good i stick to fruits and vegetables with very little meat.
suggestions on answer:
1. A product such as flex belt, contour abs.
2. Diet pills/Weight loss pills.
3. A good pectoral and abdominal exercise
4.Please dont tell me to wait it out……

“i stick to fruit with very little meat!” There is your answer right there, well it’s part of the problem anyway lol. You need to be eating meat, because meat contains protein and protein is the main source for building muscle, so without meat/protein you won’t get the best abs you can get.
As for exercising the abs i would say stick to old school ways of getting abs, for example crunches, russian twists, reverse crunches, leg raises etc. you need to be training your abs every other day or 3 times a week to get the full benefit of exercises. try to avoid any fatty foods or sugary foods or drinks as these will just slow down the abs process and will make you gain fat around your abdomen area. DO NOT!! take any pills because they are a waste of money, just basic abs exercises 3 times a week are the best you can do. Good luck!
