Green Tea question 10 points for best answer!?
I went into a chinese herbalist shop yesterday i asked if he had anything to AID weight loss and he gave me green tea capsules taking 2 1 hour before breakfast and 2 1 hour before dinner, i was just wondering if anyone had taken these before?
before you comment please be aware that i already know that exercise and healthy eating is the only way……! but if these AID.. then what problem could there be??

No useful effects I am afraid.Bad news not only do diet pills not work, but so called dieters like you who try for the quick fix have a 2 in 3 chance of ending up heavier in the long term!
