best cardio routine to lose weight?

i was just wondering what the best routine for weight loss I should do. I want to lose it in the belly/abdomen and chests (man boob) area

20 sit ups every morning is enough plus eating your regular meals. But do not eat spicy, sweet, fatty, and salty food. Drink only 12-15 glasses of water a day. NO CARBONATED DRINKS, CHOCOLATE, COFFEE, TEA AND JUICES. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables, especially papaya (papase (p.?) and carrots. Try to do these for 3 months.

I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. Now I am on my 5th year and I am maintaining my weight from 56 kilos to 58 kilos.
