Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga
yoga & cardio in one day too much?
so i’m about 158 5’1. i’ve been training for kickboxing/mma for about 3 months every monday & friday for about 5 hours those days. i bought the biggest loser cardio max & weight loss yoga DVDs. i wanted to know if yoga every morning sun-sat and the cardio max also everyday besides monday & friday will be too much workout. the workouts are hard but only about 30 min. max time. i wont be doing more than an hour besides mon. & fri. is it too much ?
i will be working out every day mornings & night.
HELP.
it depends on your physical and mental endurance..
personally I wouldn’t start out by jumping in and working out fully every single day, I would probably take it slow and let my body and muscles get used to the routine and eventually your routine will be fine. Just don’t over do yourself, get plenty of rest and stay hydrated.
