Best Weight Loss Yogurts
Best diet for a lot of weight loss?
I started exercising every day for an hour and have been eating pretty healthy (fruit, vegetables, yogurt, chicken, fish, cottage cheese) but haven’t started any kind of structured diet. I have about 50 lbs to lose and would like to do so by the 4th of July. What is the best diet that would help me reach that goal?
It sounds like you already have the right idea – healthy eating and exercise. The only thing I’d add to this is that because you need to sustain this over the long term you need to ensure that you allow yourself some treats sometimes, so you don’t just get horribly bored and give up. I’m sure plenty of people will shout me down for saying so, but eating a little bit of chocolate or a couple of biscuits every now and then can help to make your ‘diet’ – by which I mean ‘what you eat’ rather than ‘weight loss plan’ – so much more bearable. After all, you’re in this for life!
