What is the best diet pill to go along with diet and exercise?

I am currently on a diet and working out, but am not getting the results I want. I am looking for an OTC diet pill/ supplement to aid in weight loss. I am working on losing about 50 lbs. I am not trying to do it over night, as that is crazy, but I have a good workout, burning more calories than I am eating, cut out soda, chips, candy, junk food in general, increased water intake, taking a good woman’s multi vitamin, and doing both cardio and toning exercises. What is the best diet pill/supplement out there?
