Best Weight Loss Smoothies

Specific weight loss question.?

I want to loose about 20 lbs quickly. I used to lift a lot of weights for 20 years and stopped around 5 years ago. I still trained but not as hard)

I have started to lift again only thins time I am focusing more on circuits, supersets, giant sets and trying to keep the reps in the high range (15-25)

I am hopeing muscle memory will come into play to help me regain what I had before but what do you think. I am 35 years old so I dont want to go heavy again and I dont want to get bigger.

Also I do know most of this is related to diet, so I am busy and I dont like trying to make breakfast and lunch (dinner I have time for) so what would be the best option.

Meal replacement supplements (high protein low carb) for lunch and breakfast or

Green smoothies (blended spinich, kale etc with fruit twice a day)

well, i know you said you dont have much time to cook, which kinda make this hard, but low carb is prolly the best way to go.

I dont work out half as much as you do by the sounds of it and I lost like 15lbs this month.
