Best GNC shakes for weight loss AND protein? Lean shake & 100% Whey protein?

Just want a to lose the extra 10 pounds, I am on a plateau!
I used to drink lean shake and 100% whey back in the day when I was just lazy to exercise LOL

But I am proud to say that I lost the 45 pounds naturally by going to the gym and changing the way I eat

Now I want to get toned, tight, and build nice lean muscle, basically I just want definition

I am a 21 year old female…I weigh about 140
I am a member of the gym…and I will be starting to go hard and on my grind next week!…

Should I drink both OR just one?

You can use both and i have tried them , they also have the meal replacement which is the the same brand from GNC . If your not into eating while a good work out this will be good but can also change if you decide to eat and you could gain the weight back on . But if your training and maintaing the weight the Whey Protein is good enough .
