Does anyone know the best weight loss pills designed for men that they sell at a gnc or a store.
I actually eat 1 meal a day and exercise alot everyday but im looking for something extra to help me lose weight faster
There is no quick fix. If your only eating 1 meal per day, you doomed to failure. You really need to be eating 4-5 small meals per day and exercising. Consume more protein than carbs. If after doing that you still need something, then Lipo6 is the best selling on the market right now.
GNC is expensive.
