How to lose weight and fast!!?
Hey there,
So I REALLY need to lose some weight for this event that i am attending in the summer, by july 17th
so thats like just over a month away
Please don’t give me any crap cause I don’t care what you have to say unless you are helping me out, and I will award the best answer with 10 points EASY
So here are my stats:
I am 5’6
110 pounds
And I would like to lose approx. 15 pounds in just under 50 days
Please help me as I am desperate, my weight loss has seemed to hit a plateau and I am starting to get really frustrated and upset….please help me, I’ll do whatever it takes
eat 1200 calories a day
exercise every morning before breakfast
avoid all types of drink except water
cut out carbs after 3pm
ensure your fibre intake is up.. take fibre supplements or fibre drink each morning if you need to
