Best Weight Loss In 2 Weeks

What is the best weight-loss, definition-building techniques I can apply in 6 months?
I’m getting married in 6 months and I had an epiphany this morning that I have let myself go! I’ve always been a curvy girl (which I am very happy with) but I stopped going to the gym about 3 months ago and I’ve been eating rubbish. The diet part I can fix myself, I know what I shouldn’t be eating and I dont find it too difficult to steer away from them, but I’m really not sure what I should be doing at the gym to get results. I want to firm up my arms, stomach, hips and thighs, and I would ideally like to lose between 1 and 2 stones before the wedding. Is this possible or am I kidding myself? Should I concentrate on cardio in the gym or on weights? I would be planning to go the gym now 5 days out of 7 (giving me a Sunday off and a day during the week), should I work to a specific plan?

It really makes me happy to see people having a goal and give themselves enough time to do it in… and hopefully you will continue going to the gym and being healthy…
as for your question… the best advice i can give is this:
start off with a diet plan of 15 calories/lb of body weight, spread out between 5-7 meals.
keep a ratio of 33% protein, 33% carbs and33% fat in each meal (as a start)… then as the weeks go by, you can lower the calories to 12 cals/lb… then 10 cals/lb slowly and change the ratios to see which one fits your body.
training
use a push pull system, 1 day on, 1 day off… chest with shoulders and triceps… back with biceps, and legs…
the volume (number of sets and repetitions) is highly individual. so you have to experiment with this.
on your off days, do some moderate intensity cardio for 45 minutes first thing in the morning… you can gradually increase the cardio sessions in duration and frequency as you go on.
allow yourself a cheat day and total day off of training to keep sane
