i have started running 3 times a week for about 2.5 miles since i gave up smoking but i have not lost any weight. i’m not obese but a touch over weight. i was hoping someone could give me some advise of how to adapt my training to herlp the pounds fall off. especially from my man boobs and love handles!
That is what happens when you give up smoking, you become healthier but heavier!!

you have to work the muscles, can’t just do cardio. Do weight training/resistance training, join a fitness center type place, get a muscle building book/guide and you’ll lose the weight. Do NOT just do sit-ups as sit-ups will not cut the fat like working the entire body will.
