What is the best tabata workout & diet for inch/weight loss (for a 29 year old female)?

Yesterday I did 3 tabata routines. The first one was sprinting, the second was bicycle abs, the last one squats. Today I started with jumping jacks, then I did push ups. I rested a bit, and went on the ellipse machine, but was only able to complete 4 reps (not 8), as I was completely out of breath. Does this men that the last tabata doesn’t count?
Also, can I do them every day, or should I have rest days in between? I tend not to go over the weekend anyway.

On top of this I am trying to follow the Blood Type Diet as close as possible.
