Best Weight Loss Cream
Best type of tea for a non-tea drinker on a diet?
Ok.. So within the course of my entire life.. I think I tried tea.. 3 times.
Once at a food-testing thing at a hotel.. NASTY
Then at an old friends house.. and I liked it, but i think she loaded it with Irish-cream and thats why it was good
Third was with my other friend, and it was just as bad, but she did tell me she messed up in making it.
Anyways, I want to get Green Tea, or ANY type of tea that is good for weight loss.
Any brands/flavors that you suggest that I could buy at my local grocery store or Wal-Mart? O and PLEASE dont just say “green tea” or “chai tea”.. I need the maker for it as well, cuz when I went to the store to get some, I swear there were 13 different types of Green tea made by 8 different companies..
There ARE many brands, Stash is a personal favorite. Try something flavored with fruit. I had a passionfruit green tea that was pretty tasty.
Know, though, that tea is not a magical cure. It certainly is good for you, but if you’re drinking it just under the assumption that it will help with weight loss, you’re wasting your time.
