Best Weight Loss Breakfast Recipes

I’m 5’7″, weigh 137 lb’s. I want to lose weight.?

I’ve never b-een on a diet so I am not sure what avenue I should take, which is why I am asking here. I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, however sometimes this does not happen. I will go for at least 1.5 hours, normally all cardio (treadmill and oliptacal ). My eatting habits are not the best, however I eat tons of fruits and vegatables throughout the day. I guess my question is what is the best and most healthy way to lose 10 pounds? How have some of you done it? I do not believe in taking medications for weight loss because I think they are a fad and do not work. I understand that the only way to lose weight is through exercise and eating healthy, i guess I answered my own question, but still I would like to know how you all did it. What techniques, what recipes did you have for breakfast,lunch, dinner and snacks?

Um you are at a good weight for your height. Instead of trying to lose weight, I would focus on toning exercises instead. An overall toned body will have a nice look to it and also you can lose inches (not weight) off of your waist and stuff.

It wouldn’t hurt for you to improve your food choices by incorporating more vegetables and less fat into your diet.

But seriously 137 is a really good weight for that height.
