i really need to lose a few pounds,
ideas on cereals, proteins, oatmeal, etc on the right things to eat in the morning for effective weight loss,

oatmeal is great! So are cereals like fiber one or anything that has alot of fiber which will keep you fuller longer. Just make sure you eat the right serving size. You’d be surprised what is actually a serving. Light yogurt is good, so is whole grain toast or fruit. Read labels! Alot of what you think of as healthy can be loaded with sugar, fat, or sodium. For example, granola has a lot of sugar. Think high protein, high fiber, and low fat when picking foods. This will help your weight loss. Drink lots of water and you only should lose 3-5 lbs. a week. If you lose too much too fast you could get saggy skin.
