I need some advise on losing weight.?
Ok I just joined and gym and have a personal trainer working with me I am trying to lose weight do you think a protein bar is good for weight loss someone at gnc said no and my trainer said yes the bar is balance also I drink this shake called gnc lean shake is it better to drink shake or eat the bar before of after my workout also does anyone have any suggestions on what I should eat before I workout. also what is the best machine for losing weight.
do what your trainer says, he job is to improve your body, the guy at GNC store doesnt have the knowledge your trainer does…
