Best New Weight Loss Pills

I don’t know what to do, please help?

I am 16 years old and I am about 5’2″ and I weigh about 130 pounds. I am self conscious about my height and weight. My dad doesn’t help seeing as he is always reminding me to exercise, not eat the ice cream, and my clothes are looking a little tight.
Anyways, I’d love to lose around 10-15 pounds but I have a snacking problem, I can usually eat healthy, but I just snack. And don’t just say stop, because that’s not good enough.
I am leaving in a month to go traveling in South America and I want to look and feel my best.
Please help me.

Also, please, no spam about Acai berry or a new brilliant weight-loss pill, I don’t do that stuff.

Snack on something other than what you currently snack on. Those instant oatmeal packs are only 150 calories and very filling and good so maybe try those. Try making a banana smoothie, only 190 calories with skim milk and it makes a lot.

1 banana, cup milk, 6 ice cubes, and sugar substitute or none at all, blend it and drink >

there are jello packs that are only 100 calories, the list goes on and on.

so just substitute what you currently snack on for something else to help you out. Also i find when i drink water or diet coke i lose my appetite because i was actually thirsty instead of hungry.
