B 12 Weight Loss Injections
Can you work out and be taking B-12 injections?
I started a workout program and healthy eating habits in December and have lost 15 pounds. I went to the doctor recently and learned that I have a B12 defficiency so I started a series of 6 injections (1 a week for 3 weeks and then 1 a month for three months) today. Is there any need for me to change my eating or workout plan and I have heard that B12 aids in weight loss? Anybody got some information for me??? thanks y’all
