Average Weight Loss On Treadmill
i want to lose weight. if i run/walk on the treadmill daily how long till i notice results.?
by the way im a 20 yr old female who is about 5’7 and currently weigh 163. i want to know about the average minutes i need to walk/run on my treadmill in order to lose noticeable weight loss.
Jog on the treadmill for about an hour every day. Either jog, or run then walk, run then walk, run then walk. Also I have 2 HUGE tips to help you lose weight. Stop drinking soda, drink ONLY water. Theres so many calories in soda its crazy. Secondly, dont eat any snacks (cookies, cake, candy etc). Those are both harder than the exercise, but if you’re serious about it, you’ll see results in just 2 weeks, and BIG results.
