Average Weight Loss On Master Cleanse
On the master cleanse and not drinking enough maple syrup stuff, is that gonna be a problem?
Have been on it before with a 15 pound weight loss in 9 days.
Been on it this time with a goal of 14 days, on my 6th day and lost 7 pounds so far. However only drinking about a pint/1litre of the concoction on average. I’m just not able to drink very much it makes me gag.
The cleanse itself is a problem…not healthy, does nothing for fat loss, and is a waste of time and money…you get fit and stay that way by eating right and exercising…not by emptying your colon…
