Average Weight Loss On Atkins

Do you think I’d win the weight loss competition if I lost 90 pounds in 3 months? The prize is $1000 dollars!!!!
They have a competition at the goodlife gym that I go to every month to see who can lose the most weight with the help of a personal trainer… I have 3 months to lose the weight.
I want to go on the atkins diet for 3 months where I average about 45 pounds of body fat loss every 3 months without exercise or work…
Atkins combined with exercise for 6-8 hours a day (since you burn calories faster on a low-carb diet, then you do on a low calorie diet) [I am unemployed right now... and plan on staying that way until I run out of money which will be 8 months from now]
I plan on losing 90 pounds in 3 months… possibly even more than that.
No, that really isn’t fast enough to win. People will get competitive. You would really have to starve yourself and go on an anorexic type diet to win. (Though you wouldn’t be anorexic, since you are overweight.)
