Low carb diet?

First of all Please do not reply to lecture me on the hazards / temporary results of low carb diets. I have been on a low carb diet for 10 months and have lost 35 pounds. I have been through a couple of small stalls and gotten through them. I honestly have never ‘cheated’ and love the way that I feel so much that this is definately a permanent way of eating for me.
The problem is that I lose SO SLOWLY, averaging only a 3.5 lb weight loss per month. I only have 20 more pounds to go and I really do not want it to take 6 more months to get to my goal of 125. I eat mostly low fat meat and poultry with some eggs; cheese; pork rinds; low carb veggies and salad. I do have small amounts of almonds; peanut butter; splenda; low carb choc ‘milk’ (5 gram per 8 oz); strawberries; sugar free chocolates (not often); low carb condiments. I drink plenty of fluid and get fairly reg. exercise.
I stay around 20 -25 carb to stay in ketosis. Is there anything I can do to lose more quickly?

I did low carb about two years ago and lost 70lbs in about 7 months. I found that eating a steak once a week helped and limiting all sodium so get rid of the pork rinds! Tons of water, CLA/GLA combo, green tea, you might even need to go a little bit higher on your carb counts or cycle your carbs. Eat higher amounts one day and lower ones the next. You need to shock your body. Are you exercising? You may need to change your routine and add some weight training into it. You may want to do away with the milk and cheese for now. I hope these help!
