Average Weight Loss Low Carb Diets

I have a question about the low carb diets both Atkins or south beach?

My question is has anyone or known anyone that went on either one of these diets and stayed several months on phase 1? In the beginning you lose between 10 to 12 pounds in the first two weeks. I know a lot is water weight. My question is what is the average weight lost per week after the first two weeks are over. Please just answer the question I asked and don’t try to tell me why I should change the phases. I just need to know average weight loss on phase 1. Thanks

I stayed on it for 6 months. I lost 45 pounds. A year after going off Atkins I was still down 35. I went back on it about a month ago. Sometimes I would not lose any weight for weeks then drop 3 to 6 all at once.
