Average Weight Loss Liquid Diet

I might have an eating disorder… Not sure.?

I’m not sure if I have one. Maybe I’m in denial but I don’t know. I’ve had friends ask if I eat/comment on recent weight loss. My psychologist has asked me about it and my mom called the eating disorder clinic. I’m not underweight or anything. I just wanna lose some weight. I restrict my food and liquid calories to under 1000. Lately I’m averaging 400-600 and exercising. I get scared if I eat more because I don’t want to gain weight. I can’t do that. I eat my food in tiny pieces. Big pieces feel bad. If the food touches my lips it irritates me for some reason. I can’t eat what my family eats because they put so much butter and stuff on it. If my diet coke tastes funny, I can’t drink it because I get paranoid it’s real coke at restaurants and such. I purge meals that are too many calories. I have been known to randomly eat everything I can. Nobody knows it comes back up after.
Maybe I’m in denial but I don’t believe I have an eating disorder. What do you guys think?

Skittle, it sounds very much like you’re suffering from anorexia. PLEASE get help as soon as you can – it’s a nasty illness and can grip you in ways you never thought possible.
