How to get period back after weight loss?
I am 5’6″ and weigh 122 lbs. My BMI is not below average and I look in good shape. I run alot and work out. I dropped about 5 lbs recently and haven’t had my period in 3 months. My weight is fine, so im trying to figure out how to get my period back by maintaining my current weight. I went to my doctor and they performed tests to rule out pregnancy, thyroid etc and everything is fine. Any suggestions on this would be helpful. Im nervous because im 26 and would like to have kids in the near future.
I would say this is a question for your doctor, or someone else in the medical industry. Anyone here will just give you bad advice.
