Can anyone give me remedies on weight loss?

I’ve so far changed my diet and lost two stone but I think I’ve put a few pounds back on for eating unhealthy for two weeks and not excercising since I couldn’t stay at home since it was being re-wired. I’m 16 btw. I’ve started my excercise again and diet but what remides could I use. Any ideas?
