Weight Loss Tips And Ideas?!?
My boyfriend and I are trying to lose weight. I had a baby January 09, and could use some ideas on how to lose the weight quick. My boyfriend gained alot of weight while I was pregnant last year too. He is very depressed about it, and I am trying to help, but I have no idea where to start. He weighs about 340 and wants to get back down to where he was a few years ago which was 220lbs. I have been trying to get him to exercise with me, but he says he is outta shape! Ugh! It makes me soo mad! He needs to lose this weight before he ends up having a heart attack. He is almost 37. Please Help! I tried getting him to go work out at our local Wellness Center, but he doesn’t want to work out around alot of people. If you can possibly give me some ideas on what to do about this issue, please help! I totally understand him when he doesn’t want people to see how outta shape he is right now, but at the same time we have little ones at home that need their dad too!

I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people.
