If you wouldn’t mind, could someone answer these weight loss questions?

I asked two questions earlier that were spammed, and then lost in the flow of questions asked afterward. I’d really like to see both of them answered though, so if you wouldn’t mind, I have the links to the two of them. One of them is pretty long, but the second part of the questions sums it up nicely, so you can skip to that if you’d like.

No need to answer this question of course, but help yourself to the points if you want to.

First, you need to realize that losing weight isn’t going to be an easy thing to do.

Second, once you accept that you need to prepare for what you can do ahead.

Third, set a goal for yourself. Don’t say, ‘I’m gonna lose 50 pounds by the end of the month’ more than likely a huge goal like that won’t be accomplished. Instead go for, ‘I’ll lose 7 pounds this week’

First off, don’t go with the pills. Sure they help, but they can either mess with your mind or once you stop using them and hop back on they may not do the same effects. I don’t see any harm in the multivitamin though since that should help you, but stay away from ‘fat burning pills’.

Make a diet plan for yourself. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and stay away from fatty foods like chips and ice-cream. Bring some protein in your diet like a nice small steak (cut the fat off). Drink milk (try to stay away from whole or 2% aim for skim milk). Also drink a crap load of water. Like 8-10 glasses a day.

Run at least 3 miles a day (1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 in the evening). Cardio is excellent to losing poundage. If you can’t run that far than pace yourself, build yourself up to running it.

One of the most important things: DON’T STOP. It gets easy to get out of sync with working out. Keep focused and do it everyday for an hour at least.

So a summary of what I’m trying to say:

1.) Know what you’re doing
2.) Set a goal for yourself (weekly or monthly)
3.) Stay away from fat burning pills (give yourself the credit that you lost that weight)
4.) Stay clear of fatty foods and more on fruits and veggies.
5.) Drink plenty of water
6.) Run daily
7.) Never give up!

It’s a hard task, but you can make it through with effort and determination.
