Alli Weight Loss Information
Questions about Alli?
I want to know from you those that have used this, the good, bad and ugly of this product. I dont want webpages with information as Ive seen and read most of it. I talked to my own doctor about adding it to my regime and came straight to you to get the cold hard truth. I wont give thumbs down. Im not looking to use Alli as the only means to lose weight Im looking to add it as a booster to what weight loss program I already have in effect. Thanks for your time and answers
Well it is true, they say you have to be very careful about what you eat or you will experience the “alli oops” that someone already described. I used alli for about a month and after that I was tired of not having a normal stool. So I quit for a while – I now have a bottle again but I am taking it when I want to instead of on a schedule. When I was using if for that month I didn’t notice any weight loss- but I also certainly didn’t gain any weight.
When I wasn’t smart and did drive through food or put M&M’s in my popcorn or something I would shortly after have the runs and it is an oily kind of runs. What it seemed to me is that the pill mostly kind of keeps you honest about your diet. Which is good- if I were to use the pill and eat only the healthy and right foods the whole time then I wouldn’t have had the problem in the restroom… but if I consider that then I would have lost weight anyway without the pill! So to me if I am going to be able to eat the right foods all the time I wouldn’t really even need to spend the additional $50.00/month. So it’s up to you. Like I said, I keep a bottle to do wiht what I want, like if I know that I will be eating out or getting drive thru food but I know I will ALSO be around a restroom I will take two pills of alli. It’s supposed to help block or I guess “skip past” a certain percent of fat.
Good luck- I’d say it’s definately worth giving a shot if you are serious about the weight loss and sticking to a balanced diet.

Also, I know this sounds weird, but after the first take on Alli I looked for other diet plans and what not- found something about calorie cycling that looked cool which lead me to a website which I now use daily and has helped me lose 10 pounds so far. I have a long way to go- but it’s a start. The site is called : thedailyplate.com If you haven’t heard of it you really should check it out. It’s free membership and tracks your exercise and daily calories- you do it yourself but it adds it up and the percentages. It’s pretty cool- like a facebook program only for health. It’s for anyone, if you want to lose weight (a little or a ton), if you want to maintain your weight, if you want to gain weight or body build, if you have exercise or diet questions, if you want to train for something specific like a marathon or something, if you just want healthier food ideas or recipes…. bascially it’s anything you are looking for. There are tons of groups, and lots of the people on there are dieticians and personal trainers who will answer tons of questions. I’ve used a lot of different recipes on there. They have groups for people using Tae Bo or P90X or Weight Watchers or the calorie cycling or just anything you can think of. Sorry to ramble on.
) Maybe you’ll check it out sometime! I know I have asked an alli question on that site to a group that had over 100 pounds to lose and had a lot of answers, one lady said she swears by alli helping her out- she had already lost about 60 pounds at the time.
